1. Scope of Sommet's services

Sommet Wealth Partners provides commercial, operational and introduction services. Sommet does not provide investment advice, does not make personalised recommendations, and does not receive, manage or hold custody of client money or securities.

Each client's cash and securities remain in accounts opened in their own name, at the relevant financial institutions.

2. Investment advisory

Investment advisory services are provided exclusively by Lakpa Asesor Independiente, S.A.P.I. de C.V., an investment adviser registered in the Public Registry of Investment Advisers of Mexico's National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), and by its duly authorised personnel.

That registry may be consulted on the website of the CNBV. This registration does not imply that Investment Advisers comply with the provisions applicable to the services rendered, nor does it attest to the accuracy or truthfulness of the information provided.

The National Banking and Securities Commission supervises solely the provision of securities portfolio management services where investment decisions are made on behalf of and for the account of third parties, as well as services consisting of providing investment advice on Securities, analysis and the issuance of individualised investment recommendations; it has no authority to supervise or regulate any other service provided by Investment Advisers.
